I moved 16 months ago and had a decent experience with the same company; this time was awful. Movers arrived not knowing they were going to move appliances (that's the main reason we hired someone), brought no tools with them, and sat down to wait while I looked for tools instead of continuing to load the truck. Two sets of washer hoses and hardware for a big desk went missing, nothing was reassembled, piano was banged into the side of the house leaving holes in the siding and the piano now has scuff marks and dents. We were charged for more than the estimate (though we moved less than we planned), offered very little recompense for all these issues, and haven't seen a refund of even that amount. It's been almost a month and I am tired of making phone calls to resolve this.

we had 3 movers (chad, roderick and Larry) they were great! did a great job wrapping things up for shipping. they where friendly, professional did an amazing job getting all of the furniture into 1 storage unit! very efficient. I would definitely recommend 2 men and a truck and I would definitely recommend the 3 men that we had that day. I appreciate the office staff working with me on getting me moved out on such short notice it was a life saver.....

Two Men and a Truck were great to work with. The office staff was organized and professional. The movers were quick, careful and personable. I absolutely recommend using them to help with your move.

The moving team was prompt and quick. They made my move across town a breeze, and made moving my heavy/awkwardly shaped items look easy. Well worth it.

Everything was great! They moved me im and out pretty quickly, all 3 men were very courteous and helpful. I especially like the bond that they had with each other. These 3 guys did a great job and took care of my things! Nothing broken, nothing missing, very nice people, very approacable,

We used them a year ago and tried again. They didn’t take table apart good enough and it broke. Very unhappy since I just bought the set less than a year ago. My daughters can’t even use it. Frustrating

I love them! The movers were so nice and helpful. In and out pretty quickly, I’d totally invite them for dinner sometime. My apartment looks great!

All services - both office and moving team - were excellent. The team was on time, in fact, they were early which was a pleasant surprise. They were very careful with our household items and were courteous and professional at all times. The team lead's experience was evident and he ran a great team. Although not the most important factor, they completed the move, load to unload in less than 4 hours, beating the estimate by 1.5 hours and saving me a considerable chunk of change. I have used TMAAT before and will continue to refer and use them in the future.

I had a great team who made the moving process easy and were extremely helpful. I would recommend them anytime. These 3 guys were awesome!
