I was very pleased with both the office personnel and my moving team. All interactions were professional, the teams were clearly very experienced and truly cared about my having a good experience throughout!

Two gentlemen who were assigned to our move were horrible. Not only did they damage the door frame, but also the walls and entry way to the living room. Rather than asking for help, and against my objection, decided to carry the bookshelf up the stairs by himself, bouncing it off the walls and banister on the way. Then demanded a tip. Seriously.

The guys were exceptional. They came in and packed the truck with no problems. They were helpful and courteous. When we arrived to the new apartment, they unpacked the truck and put everything where we wanted it. They didn't stop or linger at anytime. They were quick and pleasant. I have used Two Men and a Truck in two moves. One in 2018 and one in 2020. Both experiences were outstanding. Coordinating the move with the office was painless yet thorough. The office contacted me during and after the move to make sure all was well. The movers were courteous, polite, fast and very focused. Payment options were many and painless.

We had a local move and your movers, Alan and Jersey were very professional and friendly. We were impressed at how fast they worked and as a team to load and unload our furniture. They were very careful and took the precautions to wrap our belongings to prevent damage. We are very happy with our move and would most certainly use your company again.
