The office staff, however, failed to even tell the crew they needed specific equipment to move the 600# safe on our order. I confirmed THREE TIMES with the office staff that they would be prepared to move the safe, and we still had to call day of to have them fix it. They did, but not until the next day which cost me more time in our move.

Another thing that was displeasing was that one of your guys was on his phone often while on my time that was allotted for moving.
