Angela was prompt and thorough. Desmond, Lawrence and Deron were very pleasant, careful, and efficient. They were all very easy to work with.

Just moved a Piano from 10 minutes down the road so the 2 hr minimum was more than I wanted to spend but I appreciate the effort and timeliness.

Desmond and Nigel were top notch. They were on time, actually early and called me to make sure that was ok. They moved my furniture efficiently and with much care. I plan on using Two Men and a Truck in the future.

Desmond, Keyondis and Lawrence were just a great team, and sincerely nice people! They took a lot of stress out of moving day for us two senior citizens , and told us to relax and they were going to take care of everything! We moved from the fourth floor of an apt.- down a 60 ft hallway, and elevator, and they never complained about that (like the movers who moved us in 3 yrs. ago did!) we couldn’t say enough great things about this team- in fact, our neighbors across the hall had already contracted with you for their move , and when they saw this team in action they requested them!! At our new place they ran up and down the stairs with a lot of boxes and heavy furniture until after 7 PM! Thank you to Angela, too, for setting everything up and answering all my questions - She was great!!

Would NOT recommend to anyone. I was deliberately mislead about a military discount. Our furniture was damaged (destroyed) due to poor packing, and I get nothing but more excuses. I do not see that anyone at Two Movers & A truck really cares. I look forward to sharing our bad experiences with the owner at his/her earliest convenience. We oved many times, both locally and around the world and cannot recall worse service.

Troy and Nigel did a super job moving our furniture. They used great care and were personable.

The movers were great! They were on time and communicated during the entire move. My only complaint is when I called the next day and spoke to Angela she was rude, gave short responses and tried to rush me off the phone. I did not appreciate the tone and manner in which my questions and concerns were handled, I spent money with your company and called for clarification - the side of attitude was unnecessary.

From the local Newport News VA office to the actual movers everything was outstanding. The 3 movers were polite and professional. They had to disassemble a desk set to get it upstairs and they did a super job. Will be using this same office for another local move in a week or two. Excellent service.

Troy and Austin were amazing, very helpful and knowledgable. They were very careful with all my belongings and careful not to damage my apartment in the process. Considering how small my space was and how large my belongings were they were very careful from unloading to bringing it inside. They were great from start to finish!

In general this was a good experience. The team was prompt, polite, and worked hard to take care of my moving needs. However, I had stated that I had a piano to be moved, and this team had never moved a piano before. I would have been more satisfied if the team had had some experience moving pianos. All in all, they did OK with the big, old, ancient instrument, but it was definitely a struggle for them! Unfortunately, there was some minor damage to my newly painted woodwork when they moved a huge desk ... probably unavoidable, but disappointing none the less. They had to remove a couple of doors to get the piano and desk out ... after replacing the doors and leaving, I discovered one of the doors doesn't close properly ... will need to get a contractor back to fix door & paint damage!
