Jerome and Kenan were amazing. They were able to get my stuff out of my ex’s house in less than an hour and were so professional and kind. Especially since this move was fast and last minute. They made sure to double check with me about what was staying and what was going in the truck and were able to help me fit everything into the storage unit. 100/10!

I am not happy with the services I received! I hired the company on a Friday and had some items of mines damaged and have yet to receive a call from anyone for a follow-up, as stated someone would get back with me on Monday. Here it is Thursday and no call or email!

The guys were courteous and very professional. They did a fantastic job moving all of my parents belongings. I would definitely use them again.

It needs to be made VERY clear to people (during the quote process) about your TV/curved TV policy. I have moved millions of times in my life (military brat) and have never had to put a TV in a box. The movers were great, but informed me they could not take my curved TV because it was not in a box. This created a huge problem for me. Took me about a week to get the TV to my new apartment.

Upon first impression it started off bad. The truck was 2 hrs late (which was not a big deal) but when arrived the movers smelled like weed. Though the gentle was very nice, there was not enough space for my boxes and other items. They also did not take any bags which I was never told they wouldn't take. I hired movers to take the stress off of me but it seemed to add more.

We moved on a rainy weekend and though the team could not control that, greater care could have been taken to protect our items in the moving truck. Our box spring for our bed was set in mud (likely in the truck). Many of the boxes were set in the same kind of mud inside the truck and then set on other items. Moving furniture damaged door frames at both addresses and furniture was damaged.

Our moving team was great! They worked hard and were very friendly!

2nd time using, they are great for the big and bulky items you can not handle yourself. On time as well.

I've already left a review on Google. I'm extremely dissatisfied, not only with the service, but in the way the company is mismanaging this transaction and damage claim. I have not heard from the company in over two weeks, and I have called and have left multiple messages. I have no choice but to report this to the VA Attorney General's office, as the damages are to high value items.

The workers were great, got tired near the end, didn't out the king size bed together properly, collapsed at 2 am, like a taco. Not a fun night after moving day. Also, added a whole lot of extra work, running around and time to get it back together, for a hopefully good night sleep on the second day in our new home. We have enough to do, trying to settle in.
