I was a bit disappointed because I’ve used your services back in April of 2018 and was able to get all the items moved out of my apartment to include crates and boxes. On the day of my move , I was told that wasn’t something that they can do. When I called and made the reservation I knew that I had mentioned those items. I was told that they were only allotted so many hours, however they got finished 15 minutes before my total 3 hours.
Another thing that was displeasing was that one of your guys was on his phone often while on my time that was allotted for moving.

The team selected for my move did an awesome job. Joseph, Troy, and Keiondus were very courteous and handled the furniture as though it was theirs in my opinion. The guys didn't goof off and worked hard to get the furniture moved in under the estimated time saving me money but with the peace of mind nothing was damaged. We had the best experience with Two Men and a Truck Newport News. Not only was Angela able to give me a quote quickly, she also secured service for us at last minute so I wasn't really sure what to expect but grateful for the assistance. The crew (Joe, Lawrence and Georgio) exceeded all expectations... arrived on time, worked diligently and carefully and finished within quoted timeframe. They broke up my things/ both times that I used them, I will NEVER use them again, and I would not recommend that anyone else does either!......I am now working with the office staff to see what they are going to do about the broke crystal that I purchased over seas, the cake plate/ dish, that my dead mother gave me 25 years ago, and my drawers that goes under my brand new bed, that was only 17 months old.

My movers did great and worked fast, they talked which made it fun to move (because I hate moving) Chris seemed very passionate about his job and he handled my stuff with care.

My team was great! Sal, Troy and Dayaa were professional, helpful and courteous. Believe it not, we had a great time moving in the 100 degree heat. The team works well together and had an excellent attitude and always had a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this company.

Well, well. First off I was not told the entire story. The start time does not start when the movers arrive at the pickup location, it start when the moving crew call you to inform you they are on the way. Having said that, the office rep I spoke with said the time starts when the movers arrive at the pick up location. Boy oh boy was I surprise. Other than that, the crew did what I ask of them. Since this was my first time using this company, would I use them again? Yes, for local move. Would I recommend them? Yes, for local moves. I have not use them for long a distance move. that does not mean I would not. Overall they did a good job.
