Only one of the movers were poor and the manager already knows about this

I hired two men and a truck based on word of mouth and their location in Newport News. I was not impressed with their services. The movers were not experienced enough to move me. They arrived without boxes and took 4.5 hours for 3 of their movers to load a truck with my belongings. There was no organization with my move. The mover in charge did not verbalize to the other two how the move should be conducted in order to be the most efficient. In my opinion, they were milking the clock because they were getting paid by the hour. I videotaped one of the movers standing around for over 5 minutes. When the movers placed my belongings in my two storage units, it was not in order; things were everywhere. I'm an Army veteran. This is the worst move I have ever had. I would not recommend them.

You guys did an excellent job! You saved me a lot of time and stress. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. I will definitely use you again if I need to move. Excellent customer service ad well. A+

Was not at all impressed with the packers or the packing, but the office staff and the movers made up the difference.

I had great service from Joshua, Charles and Montaz. They were friendly, Professional, and worked great as a team.
It was great service all around.

The process with the office was wonderful,clear and informative. The movers damaged our sons new crib, the new hardwood floors in the master where gouged in two spots and we had to get the headboard to the master bedroom because they could not figure out how to get it up the stairs. Boxes where not taken to the correct locations as directed and carpets where left damaged from the movers dragging the washing machine in the old house, which has resulted in additional payments on our end.

My move was easy!! Great teamwork from the 2 guys, office staff and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company.

We have been so pleased with your company and our move. Initially, Angel did an excellent job of explaining the process and estimate. The movers kept us updated on their time of arrival. The movers (Joseph M., Charles C. and Reiondus B.) were courteous, polite and professional. They worked efficiently yet quickly. However, they took enough time to move the furniture so as not to damage any of the items. They asked questions and were helpful answering our questions. Furniture was placed exactly where we wanted and they were patient and accommodating when we thought any item needed to be moved to another location. We felt our movers and your company did an excellent job and we would definitely use your company in the future. Thank you so much for making our move so easy and worry-free!!

They were polite and neatly dressed. They moved quickly and didn’t waste time. We had a few scratches but nothing major so far. There was a little misunderstanding about the time estimate given at the walk-through and the actual estimate on the pre-move statement. However the actual time ended up being close to the walk-through estimate. Office staff were always easily accessible.

We moved from Virginia to Georgia for a new job and they made the transition so smooth. The packers were super fast! And the movers went above and beyond to make it happen in 100 degree heat!
A few things I’d like to share that might help in my opinion, adding a few extra hands to help load the trucks would help. Overall my experience was wonderful ! Erik B, Damien H, Lawrence D, Christopher S are a great group of guys who are the backbone of who you are
