The Team and the office were good. 3 items keep it from being excellent. 1- The team left several piles of items at the old location that they were supposed to take. I had to rent a U-haul van and take the rest a few days later. 2- I pointed out 3 items that I had that were especially valuable antiques. One was a chair -they managed to crack one of the arms-it can be repaired but if handled properly they would not have damaged it. 3- Idea of charging from the time they leave the office is ridiculous. Charge when they arrive at the site of the move-why should the client be responsible if they are slow/get lost/stop for coffee etc. The team was actually good and worked very hard aside from these issues.

Everybody made the move excellent. I will be calling again when it’s time to move once more.

It's never fun to move but the crew I got actually made it enjoyable. Strong, friendly, funny and hard working are the few traits that come to mind. The prices are market fair but it's never about price alone. We had things already boxed and they blew through the 180 boxes in no time. As it happened we had SIX times the amount of boxes we originally thought we'd be moving to storage and they handled it with ease. We gladly paid for the extra time. They managed to get all the boxes in my 10x10 in addition to the things that were already there.
Thank you Devin, Jonathan, & Charles for a really fun few hours!

Radio commercial stated out of state delivery!! Perfect!! Friends in other states gave questionable reviews of OTHER CO.BUT I AM OVER THE MOON WITH THE CHARLOTTESVILLE FRANCHISE. Would do it all over again if DeShawn and David were on point. Thanks for asking! P C and KG

I appreciated the phone call the day before the move to confirm the date, and then again the morning of the move to confirm the time of arrival. The team (Codey, Devin, and CJ) were prompt, very polite, careful, and efficient. They worked steadily and with care, but also took a minute to share their thoughts with me as we went through the process. The team arrived at the new house (3 hours away) shortly after I did and the unpacking was just as successful as the pack up. The process came in under the estimate! (I had not compared prices with another company as they came very highly recommended). I truly appreciate the attitude of the company and the movers. I will recommend them to all.

I cannot rave about our movers enough. They were the absolute best guys for the job - I want them in my life always. They were hilarious, but professional and respectful which isn't always easy to balance. They were light hearted and set me at ease immediately and were incredibly careful with all of our furniture. DeShawn was a great team lead - he explained the paperwork clearly to me beforehand, answered questions throughout, gave me occasional reassurances, and by the time they'd finished, felt like an old friend. I tell everyone I know to hire you guys now. It was seriously one of the greatest customer service experiences of my life. Thank you thank you thank you!

Codey and Jonathan arrived exactly at the time provided. They were professional, explained their processes clearly and were extremely efficient. The entire move from arrival the departure was conducted in about a 1 1/2 hours. They were careful with furniture and packed boxes and packed the storage unit with precision. I will definitely request them both when moving from the storage unit to a permanent residence.

The men that handled our move were EXCELLENT. They were professional, nice, very careful and reliable. I would definitely recommend them!!!!

The items moved included two incredibly fragile antique glass showcases from my great-grandfather's drug store. They have been in the family since the late 1800's. The gentlemen who moved them were very cautious and took great care with each piece. The move couldn't have gone any smoother and every crew member was extremely polite and pleasant. I couldn't be more pleased.

The guys that showed up were AMAZING. They called ahead of time to let me know when they'd be there and showed up as advertised. Despite the number of steps, and awkward furniture to move, all three of your movers were cheery, smiling and made the best of a complicated situation. For everything that was difficult, they consulted with me to make sure things were ok before proceeding. Despite the items changed that needed to go to the dump, the staff was incredibly flexible. Overall, an exceptional experience. Will definitely recommend and use again if I ever move again.
