I have moved quite a bit in my lifetime and have never had such an amazing experience. Dashean, Mawsko and Devon were my movers for the day and they came first thing in the morning full of smiles and energy! They took the time to carefully wrap all my belongings. They never stopped once they kept it moving. They were very respectful, curtious and caring. I’ve already booked them for my next move to Richmond. All I need to do is find a home!

The shipment was a little complicated in the beginning and not all the information was not communicated. In the end the dispatcher and the truck driver had to start all over and reschedule a different truck. The company resolved the problem and absorbed the cost... I paied about double of what I anticipated but felt that I was treated very fairly. The guys work their b_____ off and did a great job.

The three guys that came were super. Great energy, worked well together, courteous, respectful of our property and quick on the uptake. They understood the plan and executed well.

Did not complete job as asked. I took them thru the house and showed them what was to be done. They did not move all boxes from first floor to lower level as instructed. They did not move chairs from guest bedroom to lower level as instructed. The placement of heavy furniture blocked access to all internet and other control panels and I had to have someone else move them for access. Boxes are scattered and not set or placed in any order. Din8ng ro9m rug and table were not centered so I have to hire someone else t do the rest of the job. I had to leave becaus3 my husband is in ICU but they pay assured me they knew what was to be done. I even had a friend stayso they could finish the job. But they were really nice guys and worked hard at what they did accomplish.

Crew was quick, careful and on time. The amount of furniture they moved in just a couple of hours was outstanding.
