Troy, Arvay, and Toude were great! They were on time, very professional, kind, and safe wearing gloves and masks throughout my move. They communicated during every step of the process and arrived on time. The completed my move quickly and efficiently and made sure I was satisfied with furniture and box placement. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using Two Men and a Truck again!

One of my floor lamps never made it to the house. They must have broke it and then left it on the truck. The other floor lamp was damaged. I should not have given them any tips. Wonder what else is missing after seeing the way the truck was loaded.

The movers were great. Professional and moved a big safe in less than an hour. I do believe that the charge was extremely high. Charged for 2 hours minimum $400. Insurance presented at time of move. They don't even cover their own men. They even charged me travel time!!!

To clarify, your move was quoted for, scheduled for, and billed for the 2-hour minimum only, with all pricing agreed upon prior to booking your move; no additional drive time was added beyond this. We offer optional valuation to customers at the time of service as additional protection on items being moved; valuation is not insurance. All of our professional movers are fully licensed and insured, and we'd be more than happy to provide documentation. Two Men and a Truck, Charlottesville, VA is an excellent company. They are timely with estimates, priced well, and attentive. The office went above and beyond to track down a missing package from the USPS. They received my items with care and created a list to keep track of what was received. The movers were on time and careful with my items. I highly recommend them for home or business needs! S.E

The guys were great. We had Raheem, Arvay and Darian. They worked really hard and were very respectful. They did accidentally break one of my air purifiers but everything else was in good shape. I mentioned this to Jasmine in the office last 3/19/20 and she told me the manager would call me but I have not heard anything from you all about this or if I can get reimbursed for it.
