We had a hiccup early into the move with one of the movers needing to go to the hospital. We were a little concerned as my friend who was helping move had an appointment in DC (where we were moving to) in the afternoon. Two Men and a Truck got another mover over quickly and got us to DC in plenty of time. They were clean, courteous, and I would highly recommend them.

The office staff and movers were great! The only reason "Value" was rated less than excellent is because their arrival was delayed by an hour due to encountering a low bridge on the route they mapped and they didn't know a good alternate route. We paid for the delay since the "clock" starts when they leave the office.

The moving truck never showed up and no one called till several hours after the appt. Eventually it had to be cancelled and moved till 2 days later. the communication was very unprofessional. It was a very bad experience. But Dave tried his best to make it up to us. He offered a discount and an additional man when the move happened on Monday (instead of Sat). He also stopped by the house to personally apologize. He really did his best and i appreciated that. Its just the experience was such a bummer that i have to rate it poorly.

Their arrival time was 1 hour later than what the office quoted.

It was a very long day - the size of our load was miscommunicated and we had way more to move then expected.
The movers did wonderful though, very good attitudes, and they just kept with it until it was done.
They got tired though, as is understandable, and boxes ended up on wrong levels of a 3 level house making for more work.
For all of our sakes I wish we had had enough manpower and trucks to have gotten the job done while everyone was fresh.
They were great though, really, as a team they worked well together and that made it easier on us.

Two men and a truck is great!! I highly recommend them! The office staff are incredibly helpful and really make you feel like you are getting personalized attention. They were extremely flexible with accommodating my moving needs and made the process stress free! The moving team was great, they really know what they are doing and are nothing but helpful and attentive. Overall my experience was great and I am sure everyone would be happy with their highly qualified office and moving teams!

The moving help: Tristan, Array and Anthony did a terrific job! They were hard working, focused, courteous, efficient and had a positive attitude all day - even when face with a challenging, narrow staircase at our new home (house was built in 1900). We've used this company on 3 past moves. All were excellent. Thank you!
