I scheduled 3 of your guys and only 2 showed up. I felt the price you quoted was high but we needed it done quickly so went with you anyway. Price worked out okay because I had everything very much ready to go because the movers were over an hour late. Movers worked quickly so happy with that. There was some damage to some wood on our stairs.

I don't have the time to explain all of the problems with both office, movers, condition of my things. I have reported to Bernadette, no action has been taken! It should be called 3 boys and a small truck.

I have donated several furniture items to Movers for Moms and have still never received a receipt of donation. The truck broke down and my whole plans got delayed as I was waiting hours for them to come. They finally came with 3 guys instead of 2 to make up for it. As they were moving they broke a table leg. I was told by the movers that the the office would send me an email that day June 24, of donation receipt but still never received it. The mover guys were pretty good, but the office staff is sub-par. I have tried to contact the office 4-5 times and still no resolution.

One of the movers failed to communicate with his team mate during lifts. On multiple lifts he failed to state “not ready” or “no” when asked “ready to lift” even though he was clearly not ready.

A piece of furniture was damaged, probably due to this said communication issue. At the time of this survey, I don’t yet know what measures will be taken to fix the damaged furniture. A damage report was filled out and I paid extra for coverage.

Lastly, movers found bugs. They were clearly not bed bugs, as they were too big, didn’t look like bed bugs, weren’t found on a mattress, no one in the house had been bitten, and an exterminator confirmed over cell phone based on pictures that these were just bugs. However, the movers cancelled the move in mid move over bed bug concerns.

The movers with Dylan were great. They handled all of the furniture I needed handed. They used care with everything including my bed which was a piece of difficult;y due to the weight and taking it apart. There were a few minor dents which ;you will be fixing. Thanks to your team.

My movers were very nice and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate my time when a tree removal team was blocking my house. The movers walked from across the street to the sidewalk to my house, which was above and beyond their required duty. We made 4 stops on the move and they were timely and hard working. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS SCRATCHED IN TWO PLACES AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION OF A REPAIR

Movers kept sneaking away to their truck for smoke breaks. They moved very slow and couldn’t just focus on the task at hand. Josh was excellent and he seemed to be frustrated with the other two, trying to keep them focused. They dented a wall trying to take a chair down the stairs turned the wrong way, and couldn’t seem to figure out how to make it work. A move that took us 3.5 hours a year before with a really great crew took more than twice as long and cost us a whole lot more money than it should have. I will never use this company again. The value is simply not there.

I had a great experience with the movers. They came on time and moved everything within the 2 hours I requested. They were professional and all my items were moved with care. My only complaint was I paid for a mattress cover. The boss did not supply the cover for the movers. I called a few days before and asked for a garment box. The boss forgot to add this to the order. The movers were fantastic. The boss didn't include the extra items I requested. Please credit my account for the mattress cover.
