Our movers team did well getting our stuff to our new place. They were on time and finished early. The start of the move was frustrating. The movers team seemed confused about how many items we needed to move and if they would be able to help us because there were other scheduled moves that day. It was a slow start but eventually we were able to work together to get things done.

Your movers called 45 minutes after their scheduled time to say they had just finished their morning move and needed to grab lunch before they came to us.
They were suppose to help us pack the apartment. They walked in and seen the apartment in disarray and said they could not help with any packing and would only take what had already been packed before their arrival
