The 2 movers (last name only: Jensen and Patterson) were very polite, hardworking and fast. I would highly recommend these movers to anyone. The hourly rate is in line with the industry. My only suggestion would be: The time charged should not start when the movers leave the office because there are too many factors (traffic, accidents, construction) that can happen that cost me money. I would suggest the company start a trip charge instead.

The 2 men who helped me were absolutely amazing. Both of them were very Kind, Positive, professional and got me moved in very quickly. I will request andamp; refer both these men for myself, family andamp; friends. They went above and beyond for me thank you guys.

The crew that packed our house did an AMAZING job!! They were fast and friendly! I highly recommend them!!

The office staff was Ok, they were never there when I called, but did return my calls when I did call. The moving crew was excellent, they were professional and explained everything to me, and took great care of all my belongings. They barely complained about having to move everything up two flights of stairs.

These guys worked really hard and got the job done more quickly than expected. They took care of our piano and all the furniture and we had no damage. We were very pleased and appreciated how professional they were.

I would like to express that I was thouroughly satisfied with the professional customer service I received from Miles and AJ during my move on 31 Oct 17. Their personal mannerism was most impressive and they were very careful with the handling and movement of my belongings. These two men despite the challenge of having to move my furniture which was very heavy due to the table surfaces being made of either marble, granite and travertine, managed to do so in minimal time and worked very well as a team. The only issue I can bring up with the office staff is that I had informed them in advance of the type of furniture I had to move, and that some of it had marble, granite and travertine table tops so would be very heavy to move. I was told they would therefore send 3 men but only sent 2.

The movers were friendly, quick and took great care of our stuff.

Excellent service by Tristan and Joshua from Ogden; great attitudes and care for my property. The office person I originally talked to, Bernadette I believe, was very helpful but forgot or otherwise didn't schedule the Murray crew for the date I needed. Fortunately I called the Wednesday before the Saturday move date to make sure everything was all set to go. I found out that I was not on the schedule and their crew was not available for the Saturday move. Luckily they were able to call in a crew from Ogden to help me. Even with this mishap, I will have two more moves in the next few months and I will use the crew from Ogden to help with those moves.

The whole team was awesome. Consummate Professionals!!!! Wished they were close by in Wisconsin.
