Jack and his team did a terrific job with our move. The movers were polite, responsible, and very careful with our possessions.

The first lady I contacted about services was great. She was friendly and helpful! However, when I contacted the Marriott/Slaterville location the office lady wasn't super friendly or super helpful. She sounded put out. I was told on the phone that I could have the workers as long as I needed as long as I was willing to pay the time. When I tried to work this out with the movers they did everything in their power to avoid it and basically told me andquot;No.andquot; This was very unhelpful for my unique moving experience. They didn't wait to see where I needed everything but were more worried about getting done. We will never come back to this company and will definitely let others know how disappointed we were with the service.

You were not well taken care of, and moving is stressful enough. If I had received the service you have described, I’d be very upset as well. <br/><br/>Locally here in Ogden, we achieved a 97% customer satisfaction for 2017, and I am truly sorry that we did not live up to that expectation with you. Obviously, we are not doing a good enough job training as your review indicates service that is nowhere near what we consider to be our standards. We have daily morning meetings and I read your review out to all of our staff and we went through everything that I find unacceptable so that the service you experienced never happens again. <br/><br/>I would love to have you contact me directly about your experience. I would also like the opportunity to apologize to you directly and offer to replace the screws and shelf pins. I will be more than happy to drive out to your new home and install them myself. I had a great experience with my Two Men and a Truck movers. The movers were personable and efficient; mindful of taking care of business while at the same time handling my property carefully. They provided a superior service at a great value.

They showed up on time and were very efficient. I was amazed at how good they were at putting my things in storage so that I could access whatever I needed. They made sure that no wet grass was tracked into the house by laying down a carpet from their truck to the house. Very pleased with their work.

Two men and a truck were unbelievable. From the time they arrived until they left they were extremely efficient, hard working, safe, courteous and exhibited pride in the job before them. Not one minute was wasted trying to figure things out. They knew exactly what needed to be done. I could tell this was not their first moving rodeo. All I had to do was point at what needed to be moved, where it went and then stay out of the way. I would absolutely use them again and highest recommendation.

The movers called before leaving their office to let us know when they would be arriving. They were courteous and helpful with our furniture and any questions we had. Everything was done with care. They were great and we will use them again!

This was the best money ever spent. We will defiantly be using them again when we move to our final destination. They worked very hard and their service was worth every penny. They worked faster than the estimated time and I feel all my furniture is wrapped nicely and will be safe in long term storage. I would highly recommend to anyone that is moving.

Everything about our move was really good except the moving supplies we purchased from you. The boxes were not made well in that the edges didn't match up and some had a flap hanging out from the side seam. The tape was really thin and we had to use several layers to get a dependable seal. That was overshadowed by the great service and we would definitely come to you for any moving needs in the future.
