I was told by the office, that the movers were scheduled for 10:00AM - 12:00PM on Wednesday the 22nd. No one was there at that time, so I called at 10:15AM. Once I called due to no one being present, I was surprised by the office's response to my call. I relayed the information I had been given about times, and the receptionist said, "No. Your window is between 11:15AM and 2:15PM." Not happy she said, "No." I said, "That isn't what I was told prior and that is the reason I am calling." She proceeded to tell me my window for the movers to show up was between 11:15AM - 2:15PM and that they would call me as they got closer. The movers called me around 12:10PM and arrived around 12:30PM. This is why my feedback is rated poor for the overall satisfaction for the office team.

The moving team was OUTSTANDING. They worked non-stop and what impressed me was their attitude. They took care to properly protect my home and furnishings. It was apparent they worked well with each other (joking, communicating, teamwork). I would use them again!!!

I was so pleased with the service we received. The movers were professional and friendly. They took such good care of my mom's things. This was especially important to me. I will recommend you and use you for any future moving needs.

My brand new floor ended up with 8 big scratches. My desk got a huge scratch. My office door jam got scuffed. Lots of careless damage.

Everything was fine. Jose, Jordan and Val did a great job, had good attitudes and good senses of humor, were very thorough and cooperative. Good job!!!

This is the first time using Two Men and a Truck - it was a pleasant experience and I would use them again! The men that arrived were courteous and helpful to my needs, and reviewed everything that would be done that day and the expected time frame. Everything went to plan and finished earlier than expected.

Spencer and Val were very professional, respectful, polite and really efficient!! Those guys are awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Those 2 made our experience great! Thanks guys l!

This services was the biggest nightmare I have experienced. First they have not returned my calls because of damage to my furniture and home. Movers said they need more help 3 more men & truck came. (That is why I hired a moving company to lift the large items.) There was less than 24 items which was the agreement to move. They only put a TV in second truck. I told them I had brand new flooring and they had to be careful not to slide any item on the floors. They put four large chips on the top step and large gouge at the bottom of the steps. Broke a handle off my nightstand and broke the top corner off. Chipped the end of the TV stand. Scrapped paint off the white nightstand. They would take pictures and have me sign. Have not received copy of contract.

Office receptionist, driver, and moving help all were excellent and hard working on a pretty hot day.
