The experience overall was very positive. The lead, Luke, seemed to be frustrated and delivery of his communication off putting. Short and cold responses, responded he’s been doing this 3 years when offered offered direction. He did a good job physically, however I would have expected a higher level of customer service from the crew lead. The other two crew members had great customer service.

what a FANTASTIC team. i got a call in the morning asking permission to bring a third guy out and i gladly gave it. they all hustled through the day. took the time they needed to get all of my stuff wrapped and securely loaded. couldn’t be more pleased. will DEF recommend!!
