The guys who moved our daughter's were fantastic. Both were very out going and ready to get the job done. They never once complained about having to take the furniture down three flights of stairs.
I will recommend the company to anyone looking for a moving company.

The movers were efficient and cared about my property. There was absolutely no waste of time, just methodical sequencing. Office called for earlier time and I was able to meet them. No problem. Everyone we personally interfaced with did an excellent job, however, there are some gaps in your process that are management responsibilities. First, you look at the house you are moving from, but not at the house you are moving to. The house we moved to has a very steep incline and the trees would not allow the moving van to come through. Had we known this earlier, we could have trimmed the trees, instead, we had to stop the progress of the move, find saws, ladders, etc... to cut the trees. Secondly, the equipment you give these guys seems to lack proper maintenance. Our crew, who did their best with what they had, lost their running lights and couldn't finish the move in one day, instead we had to wait two more days to finish. Management should address these process issues.
