The moving team was outstanding in their efforts. They listened, were polite and worked expeditiously.
The only fail was wardrobes were not brought as requested and promised by original CSR and follow up CSR. Follow up originating from customer the afternoon before move. Additionally, move time was significantly underestimated and initial bill calculations did not reflect deposit. Despite these issues, it was a 4.5 stars compared to other mover experiences. Thank your moving team for making our move as smooth as possible.

The day of the move went even better than planned. The two movers showed up early and walked through everything I was needing to get done while answering all of my questions/concerns. They were friendly and professional and made my move such a smooth process. They handled my items with care and got everything packed and moved in a timely manner.
