I and/or my family have moved about 21 times. This is the best overall moving experience that I have ever had. Please LET ALL THE MEN IN THS CREW KNOW THAT THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY WAS OUTSTANDING. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE MY WIFE AND HAD. My wife's FURNITURE ARE SCHEDULED TO BE MOVED ON 14 February (MAY HAVE TO CHANGE THE DATE) AND WE WISH THAT WE CAN HAVE THIS SAME CREW. I KNOW THAT THRE ARE ALSO A LOT OF SURPERVISERS AND MANAGERS THAT HAVE TRAINED THEIR CREW WELL AND REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WANT THEM TO HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Everyone (office and movers) were very polite and helpful but the 2 movers truly went above and beyond. We had thought of more to do than originally said to the office staff and they moved everything professionally and neatly and were nice and polite. I will definitely use your services again.

I felt like I was over charged by 30 minutes. They walked in my apartment at 8:20. Their records show they left there office at 7:45. It only takes 10 minutes on 99 to be at my apartment. They were finished at 10:45. I had a minimal amount to move and, I believe, the minutes were stretched instead of giving the benefit of the doubt. Also, the office did not call me the day before to confirm. I had to call them more than once. For these reasons, I would not use them again.

Instead of charging all customers a flat fuel fee, we only charge for the time a truck is on your move. That means that the time starts when the truck leaves the office and heads to your pick-up location ends when the truck returns. All trucks are equipped with a GPS tracking device that records where the truck is at all times. I also checked the log and see that Operations Manager, Andre, left a voice message the day prior to your move. I apologize that he did not call back until he was able to speak with you instead of leaving a message. Your feedback is important because it lets us know what is most important to our customers and where we can improve.</div>

The team did an amazing job. I moved from a house that was flooded from Harvey so I had most items upstairs. They never complained, work hard, fast, and took very good care of my things. Everything was moved to a storage unit until my new house is finished. I will them again when I move to my new home.

I moved my mother from Spring TX to San Antonio TX. Jackie in the office was very thorough with her explanation and the estimate was spot on. The movers, EJ and Leppy, were on time, courteous and thorough but quick. They arrived in San Antonio at the expected time and were just as professional and efficient as they were earlier in the day. I wouldnandacirc;??t hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck again.

This was an awesome move and folks show up 5 mins before the schedule time and perfectly move my stuff. for the same move I hired one other mover and they didnandacirc;??t show up on two different schedules and I was little frustrated but two man and a truck was very honest and I will definitely refer to my friends for their move need.

The movers broke the glass to my coffee table inside your truck due to poor packing. It is a piece of glass the trouble I am having to replace a piece of glass is unbelievable. I am an owner of a ac service co. and have never treated a customer this way. I need to move again in 6 months and had every intention of using you service again but now question this choice. I have used your co. in the past and have been satisfied. I hope after reading this the situation is rectified. My review is due to this incident. Joe
