Your staff was polite and friendly, but too many small items were damaged — sensitive figurines, statues, a glass tray, etc. None of the damage was called to our attention by the crew. Our analysis of the damage suggested that the packing and unpacking crews rushed the job. We could not recommend your firm if it contained many fragile items. Your people did a passable job with the large pieces.
