This is a wonderful service! I had heavy furniture that needed to be moved and the job was done within hours of calling to learn more about the service. Affordable pricing and worth every penny!

Boxes which were carefully labeled to go to rooms which were also carefully labeled were dumped in any room. Now I'm sorting them out. Two furniture pieces are still plastic wrapped. Pleasant guys who paid poor attention to details.

I think a little more care could have been exercised when handling my furniture. There were no egregious damages or anything that I felt worth making a big deal over due to the challenge of this move (king size mattress, large dresser going to the third floor), but this kept me from giving perfect scores all around. The movers themselves were extremely courtesy, professional, and kind. The straps on my mattress were broken and the ball bearing on my dresser drawers are missing. Other than that they did a pretty solid job of being careful about the walls in my new house and ensuring my furniture didn't get dinged up in the move.

Two moves since July. On first move, rocker was broken and team covered it up and took the part that broke off. I had to discard chair. On second move, bookcase was damaged when it was bounced down from house to front porch to sidewalk. Leader of team did nothing to oversee what was going wrong. These men needed training in how to protect owner's furniture.

One of the movers regurgitated in the bath tub during the move. The workers did not notify us of this and did not attempt to clean the surface. I was highly upset and disgusted by the lack of professionalism shown throughout this process. Please note I will never recommend this service to anyone again.
