I was not happy with my movers at all. First, I asked them to put on their masks, and they repeatedly took them off after asking multiple times. One of the movers also had a cough which was even more concerning given the pandemic. We had very few pieces to move, should have taken an hour max and it took way longer. They broke multiple parts of my bed frame as well, and dented my wall.

I have already spoken with Hayli at great length. I had a miserable moving experience. Office team excellent; the rest unacceptable. 8-10 am window. Arrived 945 am. No problem but no sense of urgency to get moving. Uncoordinated. No leadership. Equipped with junk. Truck broke down. Team not unified. Broke a desk. Damaged other items. No mats or anything to protect entry. (Friendly w dog & polite)

My experience with Two Men & A Truck was a positive one. From my initial phone contact, to setting up my appointment and finally my actual move, everyone I dealt with was very professional. The team I had was both quick and efficient. I was contacted the day before my move and 15 or 20 minutes before the movers arrived at my exact appointment time. I would highly recommend Two Men & A Truck!
