Nicco and Trell were nice and I appreciated their work, but they chipped the paint to my doorframe and didn’t tell me. I discovered it shortly after they left. It was misleading of them to have me sign any documents knowing they chipped my doorframe.

The entire experience was exceptional starting with Sabrina. She was very pleasant on the phone and obviously knew her job well.
The movers, Brian and Issac, were equally exceptional. Both were pleasant, good communicators, and hard workers. They were very careful with the furnishings and they obviously wanted to please us with their work.

Very professional company with great communication and staff. Entire dealings with office staff were friendly, informative and professional. My dealings with the movers were the same way. They were also very careful with my items, protecting then with blankets and wrap all along the way. They had very courteous manners every time they spoke. I will hire them again! Pearland office is awesome!

My stuff got to the new place intact but boxes where crushed. Things marked as glass or breakable where under heavy boxes being crushed. The guys took lots of little breaks drawing out the time. Also had to move some of my own stuff do to one of them having back issues. My stuff was all okay just seemed like a lot of money for mediocre proformance.

Moving crew were good guys that just lacked a lot of execution. 60 inch television destroyed, 2 month old refrigerator drop and parts on it shattered. Hole in a couch. Dining room table scratched up. $5,000 surround sound speakers look like they were just tossed on the truck. Treadmill dropped and some parts broken on it. Just poor execution with a lot of things.
