The movers showed up on time and were very courteous. The part that confuse me was they wrapped up and took great care with my dark colored couch. But the white couch they just loaded it right on the truck. The bed mattresses that we had we're also loaded directly onto the truck with no protection. At our new house when they unloaded the white couch and the mattresses they were covered in dirt and debris from inside of the truck we will have to get them cleaned. All of my art and framed pictures were just loaded directly onto the truck with no protection and ended up getting scratched along with the headboard for our furniture in the master bedroom.

The professionalism of the movers and the office staff was spot on. The movers were friendly and very helpful. The only problem I had was with the box of cherished dished from the 1940's that were broken. But, I am not sure if they were broken because of the movers or the other helpers. I will continue to recommend this company because just watching the care they take with wrapping and moving items will convince you that they are being very careful with your items.

Movers were three hours late on pickup s d were already hot and exhausted. Poor guys. Then the movers were two hours early on drop off and I had told the office I would not be there till 11. Yet I was still charged for the time they sat and waited. Then I had crushed boxes and broken items on delivery. The actually movers were nice.

Friendly and on time (early - good) they worked good and at a fine tempo. I told everything had to go except pictures on the wall and lamps. They left behind two bags, and large carpet and all glass table tops/shelves of coffee tables and cabinets they had put on truck. I saw one leather chair fall off the dolly and it got a small mark. There was also a small mark from being packed to tight next to something, I believe. A coffee table got a 3 inch scratch from probably being transported on a dolly wothout a blanket. I saw two night stands being transported on a dolly without protection in between. 4 chairs stacked together rubbing on each other transported on a dolly. I had one item placed the worng place, but asked them to move upstairs, and they did but complained about it.

The movers were prompt, courteous and hard working. Sorry to say I had several small dings in various pieces of wood furniture - nothing serious but rather disappointing.

I am waiting for them to come out and fix my two doors. And they did not fix one of the beds right . They got sloppy at the end of day. I wish someone from corporate office would call me.

I asked them to put a lot of boxes in my closet and they put some up way high where I had to stand on a chair to get them down, which was a little dangerous. Otherwise, they were awesome! They worked very hard.

Nice went smooth and movers were polite and professional. Only had damage on one dresser. Price was a little high, crew showed up a little late and started time before showing so got charged an extra 15 minutes

My move was fine. The movers were polite and took moderate care of my belongings. My biggest issues were that they disassembled the screen door at my old residence but did not reassemble it. After the truck was loaded, I was waiting inside for the crew lead to come back and do so. After about 15 minutes, I went outside and saw that the team had left. They hadn't informed me that they had left and were headed to the new place. I had to hurry to get in my car and get over there without wasting too much time. When I attempted to reassemble the screen door on my own, the pin would not go back into place correctly for the door to close properly.

Hi, I had an exceptional experience once again. The moving crew was very helpful and professional. I was able to get moved very quickly with no problems. I highly recommend them and hope the company acknowledges their great work and professionalism.
