Movers arrived 30 minutes outside of a 2 hours time window set 2 weeks in advance. I had to call to get update.
Provided detailed address information but they struggled to find the house
Warned it was a small load, but a large truck was allocated for the job. They took 10 minutes to get in and out of the driveway.
One of the boxes fell off the dolly. Thankfully was not glass.

The crew was as hard working and professional as could be. They bent over backwards to make our move go as smooth as possible. We appreciated their care of our belongings and we will be specifically ask for this crew when we move back to our home.

This is the second time I use 2men & a truck but this time I’m so disappointed and I never use them again, these 2 men did a bad job & they so slow , it take them 4hours & 30min to move my furniture, last time take the other guys only 2h

We were very pleased with the 2 movers. They were polite, friendly, very careful and took excellent care of our heavy antique pieces. They also were careful about not tracking outside dirt into our home as much as possible. The office person was very polite as well, and explained the charges, but we never received a receipt electronically. Please do send it. Thanks.
