The time for the move was changed several times, which was frustrating.
The movers called a few hours ahead of time to let me know they would be late. Then they called again. They were always very polite and kind. Somewhere some communication got lost and I didn't think they were coming.
The office team found another moving team to move us. They got the stuff delivered and were very helpful.

The moving team had big shoes to fill after the last time you guys helped me and yall delivered. The team was phenomenal and my move and stress free. Any problems that arrived were quickly solved and worked through. I'd give then more than 5 stars if I could.

The guys promised to strap in our grandfather clock, but did not. It fell and broke me a side glass panel and not sure if clockworks are ok. We filed a class m with no response. Extremely disappointing!

Dominique, Miguel, and Caleb were FANTASTIC. Not only were they punctual & professional, but they were personable. Moving can be stressful they put my grandmother & myself at ease with the way they handled our belongings/sentimental pieces. Big shout out to this moving team! I'll be using your services again in a few months to officially relocate my grandmother back to our hometown thank you all!

The moving team was earlier than expected and called to make sure it was alright with me before arriving. They were fast and efficient in removing and carefully packaged my items. I would recommend their services and if needed would contact them again.

Team left a very important piece of property in the hallway of the Public Storage. One week later, I had a friend go back to get a piece of furniture I left for him in the storage unit. He did not find my missing piece of property in the unit but in the hallway. If I had not left a piece of furniture in the unit for my friend, I would have never seen my important piece of property again.

Roland, we are sorry that you feel that your move did not go the way you expected it to. We take customer concerns extremely important, however in this case we need to clear a few of the facts. You stated that our movers left your important piece of property in the hall upon their departure. We have no idea what this was as there is no description of this item.
We understand that you were not present at the move and your brother was acting on your behalf, so we feel that there may have been a breakdown in comm. At the storage facility our movers were actually locked out at the end of the move and could not gain access to get back to your storage unit. Your brother was present there, and actually let the team back in to complete the paperwork. Your brother was the last person that had access to your storage unit and he locked your storage unit. If this was left outside the storage unit, then your brother should have taken notice of it and mentioned it to our team, however, he did not.
We are concerned about this issue but feel that the movers were not responsible for an unknown item left outside your unit, especially when we were not the last personnel to have access to the hall, unit and locks. As you have your item and you have submitted a reply card, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could investigate.

From the get go working with Two Men and a Truck was effortless. I felt well taken care of. Henry and Shawn were amazing from start to finish! They took special care of our items and their demeanor made the stress of moving to another state melt away! They deserve all the kudos and more.
