Have used 2M&T several times and although the teams & franchise are different, the quality and punctuality has always been the same.
Our team for this move actually arrived 30 minutes early (8AM), which was good for us, and they really hustled, but were very careful with everything. We were done & dusted & moved in at the new location by 2PM. No breakage, no damage, no losses. Great move!

Jason, Kendall and Isaac were amazing! I was nervous that they would drag their feet to get more money since it’s by the hour, but they were hustling from the minute they got here. They even called me and were able to come earlier than scheduled. They will also be moving my stuff back from storage????

3 (!) men & a truck arrived & moved heavy upstairs furniture to first floor. They successfully maneuvered pieces down the stairs. The sofa sleeper was a bear to deal with, but they did it & w/pleasant demeanor! That piece, wide & cumbersome, left 2 areas in need of paint touch up, but within acceptable tolerances based on obstacles that had to be overcome. We're more than pleased w/ move & crew.

Superb customer service beginning to end. Easy scheduling stellar communication with Chriss In office. Then our moving team, Jason, Kendre and Isaac. On time, worked diligently and quick, took care loading/unloading all items, after a 2hour drive.
