Moving team was great! The only thing I feel would make your service better would be to eliminate being double charged for the truck by charging for the drive time between the two places.

Hi, AJ, thank you for giving us a 5-star rating and we appreciate your business! Just by way of explanation, our one-time travel charge gets us to the job-site and then back to the office after the job is completed, and it is not related to the time between the two locations. Our moving time begins after we arrive at the job site, and it runs while we're loading, driving to the new location, and unloading. You are only being charged one time for the time between the two locations while our truck is being used to transport your household goods.

The three young men were extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. I plan on moving to a two bedroom apartment this summer and will definitely request them as my movers. I am also recommending your firm and them to people that I know are moving in the future. The whole event was timely, efficient, and friendly.

Your movers were professional, organized, and very well mannered. They had a very hard job. Moving items from a dirty, old apartment that I hadn't lived in for a month, then going up three flights of stairs. Though the job was hard, they never stop smiling. They got the job done, and in a timely manner. I would recommend those three guys to anybody. To top it off the rates were awesome. GREAT JOB!

Had a very good experience. Our contact with office was pleasant in the numerous conversations we had to engage in. Our contact reached out and followed up regularly. The drivers were accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Somehow a battery/electric pack for a recliner came up missing, so notified office. While we believed it was wrapped with chair, when chair got here it wasn't.
