I requested a specific delivery timeframe and it was modified without advanced notification. Additionally, I received my item (stove) damaged. Lastly, as a veteran and made it known, friendly customer service was lacking!

Mr. Tim. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK HoustonNW appreciates your business. If you didn't know, we are a veteran and woman owned business. All of our calls are recorded for quality assurance. When you asked for a specific delivery timeframe, we provided a 2PM to 4 PM window at the time of booking that you agreed to. On the day of the move, We started your move at 3:30 PM so we don't know what you are referring to as modified without notification. We delivered the stove that you purchased at Conn's, that is going out of business, and it was delivered in the same condition as when we picked it up. We would like to discuss your concerns that you felt with Ms. Chriss, as she is one of the friendliest people we have ever met. After listening to the recordings of the booking call, we did find some aggressive comments, however they were not from Ms. Chriss. We would have hoped that you contacted our office about your dissatisfaction, so we could discuss it, instead of going straight to your reply listed above, however we are still open to discussion. These guys were awesome. Showed up on time, made it to San Antonio almost the same time we did and in and out in 30 minutes. Made the transition from H town to SA so much better for my daughter. Thanks guys.

The moving crew was very personable and kind during their time. They talked to me and double checked several items to make sure nothing was forgotten, tagged everything, wrapped everything carefully, and unloaded it exactly where it needed to go.

Worst move i have ever had — it was hot althoughno excuse for all the damage and excuses — damaged front door of new home and old home with refrigerator — only house in neighborhood had me sign a waiver and then tore up the wood on front door pulled out the water line and tried to push back in place — oversold and company way underdelivered — now i understand the insurance i didnt read all details

Ms. Mary. We're sorry to hear about your move experience. Your claims are not normal as we do not have these types of claims on a normal basis. We have processes in place to address these and have not completed this process. You stated yourself about a waiver that you signed. We request this to insure that you know there are unusual circumstances concerning your move. We don't try to cover things up, we are proactive and bring them up immediately. We are still reviewing your claims process, so we appreciate your patience until we get all the facts.
