Showed up & delivered late. Packed truck poorly so load shifted. Broke my most valuable China cabinet, ripped linen lamp shades, broke antique lamp, scratched several pieces of furniture, spilled one tool box everywhere. I haven't been able to unpack my crystal to see if it's ok, cause the company hasn't contacted me about claim and repairs on china cabinet. When I showed them the deep rubs and scratches on furniture, I was told they were already there. I moved before in the exact same size truck to Texas & that company moved ALL my stuff without one scratch! Your guys left a ton of stuff behind, saying there wasn't enough room even though I got rid of an entire bedroom full of furniture for this move. I am SO upset with the way my belongings were handled! Seems like no one cares!
