The move team was helpful and worked very hard. There was some damage to our fridge that is already being handled with a claim.
Unfortunately the estimate that was produced for my move was not done well. I tried very hard to make sure I was as accurate as possible when the estimate was being done on the phone, but clearly the amount of space estimated was far too low. The truck was too small for our items, and this resulted in a lot of confusion for us and the move team. The explanation of additional costs of trying to involve a second truck was confusing and frustrating, and I resorted to using a borrowed flatbed trailer to make multiple extra trips to load furniture, boxes, and other items that didn't fit on the truck. A better estimate process would have saved me a lot of stress.

Several of my things were broken and my fridge was dropped on its side and a dent was put in the door.

Men were very friendly and accommodating. They help make a the move process more bearable. We did have a few nicks on our furniture, but some of this was expected. We will have a few claims on furniture that was damaged. Please note we have moved several times (using 2 men and a truck) and no move was without some damage.

I got two men and a truck. I needed four men. The team of Andrew and Nathan did a substandard job of packing my belongings; many loose items were simply dropped into large boxes without regard. Part of my desk was damaged in transit due to not being blanketed. My mattress was dirtied where it was on the truck floor. Andrew and Nathan were clearly tired by the time the pack was finished and were exhausted by the time we were heading to the new apartment. Their attitude was begrudging acceptance, not enthusiasm. I don't blame them, it was a long, hot day. You should have sent packers separately. I wish I had gone with the bigger moving team I considered; I went with you because you offered the pack, which was inadequate and left your team tired and unhappy.

Multiple items were damaged as well as my home. Poor follow up on promise to repair. Repairs not completed. After two weeks I still have furniture that I cannot use and furniture that has not been repaired. I was not given any reasonable assurance that the repairs would ever get done in a timely manner so I am having to make a damage claim and potentially a legal claim.

This was our first experience with a moving company and overall is was fantastic! I would say that the team of movers that moved us was very helpful, hard working, and overall great to have around. The few negatives that we took away from an overall great experience were that we didn't realize the time it takes for the movers to drive with a full loaded truck (nothing you can do about that) and ended up sitting in our empty new house and waiting for a long time, as well as, there were a few minor scratches on furniture that happened during the move. But overall we were completely satisfied and would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone and everyone! :) Thank You

They failed to move all of our stuff. So I had to rent a van the following day and finish the job. Our new house was banged up with a lot of Nick’s and dings on the move in. Not happy. Not satisfied.

My only real issue was the turning my furniture upside down. The items in the drawers were all over the place. The TV incident could have happened to anyone. The mover was very remorseful and the company was quick to repace it.

The first day the packers came out and stayed two hrs and did not wrap what they were supposed to and that was said by micka the head mover on the second day.

The second day it took them a little bit to get moving but they work hard loading can't say that about unloading. They did not put any thing together and put boxes where they did not belong so me and my wife had to move after they left after we told them where to put things guess they were tired because while moving the dresser they broke our door jam trim to our bedroom.

I was looking forward to using this company because of the professionalism and care that appeared when I called in. The moving guys were really really nice, however I do feel there could have been better professionalism. Also, to me there was WAYYYY too much paperwork and information to go over AT THE TIME of the move, which to me should have been handled PRIOR to the move...since you are busy MOVING, the paperwork required too much of my attention and would have responded differently had I been more present at the moment...which is why BEFORE the moving day would be better to go over some of the info. My property was damaged; both obviously and then in small places when I went back and looked over everything after they left. Hoping to get that squared away soon.
