My ratings are a little skewed as the person on the phone gave me an assurance and a quote that I could live with but when the guys came my bill ballooned up as my moving team took like 2 hours on badly packing my TV due to them having the wrong boxes which isn't really the moving team fault. My move should of been done in 2 hours vs 4 easily if I chose another company like Einstein moving company

The movers were 2 hours late. They struggled to take apart a bed frame. They charged me additional time for the move however they extremely slow and seemed confused about how to handle the pieces, truck, etc After moving in the 100 degree heat, they sat on my daughter’s furniture when finalizing the bill!
