Great big Thank You to Dee and his team! They did a great job packing and moving everything. We moved furniture to the third floor at the end of a long day of packing and driving. Everything was done professionally with a cheerful attitude. Will definitely use them again!

My movers, Robert and Victor, did an outstanding job. They were right on time, very quick and efficient, professional and courteous.
My only small criticism is with your appointment setters/estimators. If I tell them that an item can be moved without being bubble-wrapped/etc, then that's how I want it moved! This move was a very short distance, and there was no reason for even an item like a computer to be wrapped or boxed. Your policies should reflect the fact that a customer's preferences and judgment take precedence over your own.

My move was scheduled for 2 pm. It was after 5 before the movers arrived. That is the reason I would not recommend your company. An additional move was added to my movers day which caused me to wait 3 hours for my scheduled move. The addition should have been added after my move so I would not have been inconvenienced.
