Your scheduler and moving team were awesome. The moving team was on time and handled all of our items without damaging those. I would be happy to recommend your service to anyone needing a moving team.

My movers, Robert and Victor, did an outstanding job. They were right on time, very quick and efficient, professional and courteous.

My only small criticism is with your appointment setters/estimators. If I tell them that an item can be moved without being bubble-wrapped/etc, then that's how I want it moved! This move was a very short distance, and there was no reason for even an item like a computer to be wrapped or boxed. Your policies should reflect the fact that a customer's preferences and judgment take precedence over your own.

I have used Two Men and A Truck several times for local moves, storage clean out, and for family members. Each time they were prompt and professional. I have recommended them many times.

You had two very accommodating young men show up to help us unload a POD. They worked fast and efficient to empty it and not over charge us.

They were very respectable and polite.

My move was scheduled for 2 pm. It was after 5 before the movers arrived. That is the reason I would not recommend your company. An additional move was added to my movers day which caused me to wait 3 hours for my scheduled move. The addition should have been added after my move so I would not have been inconvenienced.

The whole experience from start to finish was professional and thorough. Moving is no fun, and Two Men and a Truck helped make it seamless for my family.

Two Men and a Truck is the best way to move! Juan, Patrick and Tabin (I’m not sure if I spelled his name right. Sorry!) were the absolute best!! I was so overwhelmed with the move and they swooped in and safely packed up and moved my apartment for me. All I did was point and offer them water. Juan is incredible at running his team! I give Juan 10 stars!! Tiban packed and moved my entire storage area! And Patrick was awesome with the move! They handled the meltdown of the credit card machine like true professionals even though they were tired and had another job to get to.
I would highly recommend!!
