The gentlemen who picked up our belongings were on time and very professional. Our items arrived ahead of schedule at their destination (over 1,300 miles away). We hardly had time to drive there ourselves! The whole move went smoothly. Everyone (office staff and movers) along the way was helpful, polite and attentive to our needs.

Everything was fine until the crew left the storage unit. I luckily discovered bed parts that were left leaning against the outside wall. Also, the crew left garbage all over the street that I had to pay the facility manager to clean up. I gave a very generous tip before I discovered these issues. So disappointing.

The staff in the office were courteous, knowledgeable, and ready to help.
The packers who helped with a very intense garage area were excellent.
Both teams who loaded and moved us were excellent at their job. More importantly, they were kind and patient throughout the very long process.

My moving team was excellent! I was pleased with how efficient they were, they worked very well together and you could tell they cared about my belongings showing up without incident.

Tobias and Sam were so efficient and worked together really well. They were both so polite and took wonderful care of all of our furniture. They were good to us and we appreciated both of them.
