I think that as professional movers your men need to make sure that they have all the equipment they need for the job. I had 2 commercial fridges that needed a ramp and they did not bring one so my fridges had to be moved by putting them on there sides.
The guys were very cordial but they were not prepared for the job.

The moving guys were very polite, respectful and efficient. Very patient and accommodating with my request on putting things in the storage shed.

The two-man team that I had for my move was impeccable. The guys wasted no time with getting down to work and safely moved all of my items with no issues. The additional customer service by the home office was also appreciated.
