The two men did not have tools and broke my bed frame and headboard while trying to dismantle. They told me it would be repaired and sent to me. They did and accident report but since then I have heard nothing. I wanted them to leave the broken bed and they insisted on taking it.
All in all they did a very professional job and worked very fast. Accidents happen and i am understanding about that.

ARRIV IN EXPECTED WINDOW, EXPLAINED CONTRACT, DID PROF JOB PROTECTING ITEMS, LOADED SOME ITEMS INTO POD AND WENT XTRA MILE WITH UNEXPECTED SET UP FOR DELIVERY TO KINGSVILLE; WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY: HAPPY CUSTOMERS!
