We used Two Men on a previous move and had a great experience; hence, the repeat customer. This recent move was terrible. Pat booked the move and was extremely helpful and accommodating. Moving day was a different story: the truck leaked, damaging several items, the movers were inexperienced and damaged several items of which we notified management immediately during the move. Quality Control Manager, Tyler, failed in due diligence of checking damages and told us the damage was our fault. He refused to provide the manager's number, stating the manager had no phone, and repeatedly told us that Two Men would not accept responsibility for the damage. We're extremely insulted and disgusted, given the company's promise of integrity and treating a client like family.

I wanted to give higher ratings as our moving team was really great to work with, friendly and helpful but could have used one more to help. Our biggest problem was the truck was too small for all of our belongings. We left probably 10 to 15 boxes some shelves, lawn mower and trimmer (all gas removed), tools, misc. I will be renting a truck and making a separate trip to pick up remaining items.

Well the experience was not so great ! Did not have enough help for the move I had to make . Moved from Austin Texas to Destin fla . Two guys only with the Amt Of furniture and things I had just not enough to get the job done right . It was way to much work for the two guys and they kept telling me it was to much work . A

Your movers were personable and very friendly. I felt they were respectful with our things and our time. The cost was appropriate and well explained. I hate surprises; there were none. This is our second time using you guys. We will continue to call on you all if the need arises.

They damaged my stove cast iron leg by banging it into the curb to get it into the street to be able to load it in the truck. I had to tell them to stop, rather than push the stove, you need to pull it with the wheel being first to go over the curb. When they drove down here, the driver didn’t know where the weight was on the truck and went around a corner and felt the truck leaning in that direction as it was going to roll he said to me he thought and they completed the curve,truck slammed back into the upright position, result hutch splintered . Then at delivery, they removed my full 5’ x 5’ mantel off the truck and left it standing there. I asked them two times if we could go ahead and move it into the house,no reply. Next I knew the mantel had been knocked over and split in half.

Pat was very good to work with on the phone. Michael was not.
The reason for the poor rating is due to the damage my property received. The truck scratched my driveway very badly. The elliptical was dropped repeatedly and was scratched horribly on every surface. The front door was badly scratched and paint is peeling off because the movers didn’t take the door off the hinges to move things in. Movers were very nice. They worked very hard. Had my property not been scratched so badly I would have given them a much higher rating. At the end of the day, they were highered to move things without damaging them and they did not do that. I don’t know if the elliptical even works. I haven’t found the power cord to test it. It is a $30,000 machine. Precore AMT 880.

The two movers were great and friendly and moved quickly. One mover got poked by our spiky plant and his friendly attitude didnt change (tell him were sorry again)... we enjoyed the experience and appreciated the quality of care they used on our furnature. We would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

My experience with Two Men and a Truck was great. Everyone was very courteous, efficient, and gave excellent service. I have used Two Men before and will use them again!

The two guys that moved me were polite, careful with my stuff and very hard workers. I could not have asked for more. They really are an asset to your organization.
