They were late on the arrival, 8.00 am, was the schedule.. they arrived 9.00 am no one ever call me. I had to call around 8.30 am
The next day arrival for unloading was at 9.00 am, same thing, no communications until 9.40 amd I had to call and they told me were late again.. arrival 10.00 am
The process after the service to pay was not clear, not the best.. until I had to call the dispatcher.
