My move experience: The crew damaged my garage’s light & a damage report was issued. Afterwards, I discovered that they lost some of my bed frame’s hardware and caused my footboard to crack due to over tightening.
My post move experience: The quality department is impossible to get ahold of over the phone. I cannot get a response to my emails. Two Men needs to correct this issue.

Thanks very much to my move team Chad and Osiris (sorry if I got the second name wrong). They did a fantastic job and drove half way across Texas to do it. Very fast, very polite, all items arrived undamaged and accounted for. 10/10.

The guys you sent were wonderful. They were happy to help, courteous, kind, agreeable and had a good attitude. I was pleased to have had them to help us and would not hesitate to use them again. These are the kind of young men you want representing your company. You should be glad to have them.

The office team to help me schedule the move was great and the process was smooth and quick. Moving team was great though their practices with packing could use some work.
Evans the manager who arrived on site was a bit difficult to deal with and pushy after I mentioned a situation, wanted me to decide now on either to start or stop the move, I was trying to get info to m. It worked out in the end

This is our third time to use Two Men and A Truck, and they will certainly be at the top of our list for future moves. Both guys were very courteous and friendly, and they hustled the entire time, in the heat, to complete our move in record time. They also very very careful of our furniture and also the walls when moving each item. Great job!
