Movers were great and worked quickly. One problem was that when it was time to pay the system they used did not work well. It took over 45 minutes for me to get checked out. The electronic pay system was not working. It declined my card I called the credit card company and had them on the phone and they stated there was not charge. I finally had to use the only card I had that did not have a chip in the card. It took them 20 - 30 minutes to sync and get the pay system up. Need to fix this very frustrating.

The service was great, we so far have noticed two things damaged, one a table and the other a small TV. Our mover wrote up the table and we called in the small TV and they were very courteous and said it would be handled.

My moving team was awesome! They arrived promptly, explained every step of what would happen and never failed to be polite or friendly. All three of them clearly knew what they were doing and they accomplished my move without a single bit of damage or stress on my part. They always asked questions and made sure I was happy with everything, including the exact angle and placement of my sofa! They really went out of their way to make a difficult day much easier. I won't say moving after 20 years is fun but I will say if I had to do it again I would hire 2 Men to do it!

Overall experience was great. Had read reviews that you guys are pricey but decided to stick to you since I had seen the trucks in the buildings.

The office staff were respectful and professional. I was able to book services a week out and the team came when scheduled. I received calls prior to arrival date confirming services. Very happy with the service. They were polite and efficient from the first phone call to get information on their services, the estimate, the planning, the actual move, and the follow up. Moving crew was very careful with my belongings and I appreciated that. I will use them again and recommend them to others.
