Great wrapping e.thing. Went to wrong apt. When unloading, told them where boxes were supposed to go (I had it written on top of the boxes) 2x said, "OK, we are going to bring everything up, then put it where it's supposed to go." M. said he was going to truck to load (blankets, wraps...) while J. finished the paperwork, he would be right back to put everything where I wanted it. J. and I finished paperwork and he says, he’s going to put p.work in truck; "Be right back." I ASSUMED SINCE THEY BOTH SAID THEY WERE COMING BACK, they meant to finish the job. I gave a $100 tip; to each mover. I went to put my bed where I asked that it be, the frame came apart. Wanted boxes to be put in the designated place.
That $100 tip was given with the assumption that they would come & finish the job!

Two packers on the day before our move were not impressive, very slow, and one of them failed to label any of the boxes he packed! About 6 hours of packing for almost $1,000, so that was a very poor value. The different 5 movers (2 trucks) the next day, however, were outstanding. They were fast, considerate, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and courteous. We tipped the movers $50 each, no tips for the packers though.

Andrew and Darius (movers) were on time, courteous, well dressed and handled the move very efficiently. Office help seemed rushed and somewhat disorganized.

Our move was a small one. The guys came in and wrapped everything up. And loaded the truck. And we were done in about an hour. Got it moved to storage and had a pleasant, nice experience. I will definitely use them again when we finish our build.

They were on time, worked hard, courteous and respectful. Awesome job.

I opened my storage unit two days later and plastic bins were broken in half, our stuff was just thrown in without an protection on our furniture. My glass and ceramic belongs were shattered. I’m very unhappy and would appreciate a call back immediately as well as a refund! The movers were unprofessional and slow.

Andy C and Antonio F were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and got the job done in record time without ever seeming tired. We are so glad we chose Two Men and a Truck again, and will definitely do so for the next move!

The guys did a great job. I was pleased with the service. My only complaint was I was scheduled from 8:30 - 9:30 and they did not arrive until almost 9:20, so it created some churn in my schedule.

The office staff was difficult to communicate with. Trying to learn about services and costs was dizzying. Basic questions and answers were difficult for them. I reserved anyway, because I was desperate, with reservations about what I was going to get. And then Zach and Chris showed up for the move. They were FANTASTIC. They were friendly, conversational, worked at a quick and careful pace, and took instruction well when we were placing things into the storage unit. They saved this experience for me. I'm in sales as well, and you need better front line people on the phones, in my opinion. I invest HEAVILY on the best phone people. I'll hire again, but I really hope the first person I speak with is not so difficult to communicate with.

Best move I've had. The guys were great. It went super fast with no problems! Will definitely use them again when I move next.
