Movers broke a leg on a dresser. The office didn't get back to me until roughly a week after the incident, at which point I had already fixed the dresser myself. Was annoying that it took so long.

Broken box of china that I was told fell off the top in the truck. Marked fragile and in bubble wrap/tub! Two stones knocked out of my doorstep, guys got lazy the last hour and just sat boxes marked basement or upstairs in garage. Would not reassemble kids beds.

Movers were extremely nice and good listeners. They also seemed to work really well together and with us. The only negatives were that a lamp shade was busted and, upon leaving, they kind of checked out mentally: they left a door to the elevator room open, tied with plastic wrap to a fire alarm; and, they left behind three of their cones that were propping open the lobby doors, which was very hot when we went down, due to this. This could have been a security hazard since the building does not have a security guard.

Two brand new pieces of furniture were damaged. Both had been in my home less then a week and we're never used. I'm getting $170 for the damage. The 2 pieces cost about $1200.

Overall experience was great - unfortunately after they left I noticed that when the couch was moved in a large scratch in wood floor was present. Not super impressed. I would still use your service again however.

Overall my experience was just ok-the movers did not move very quickly, lost a part to my washer and couldn’t find it, and took a 15-20 break to stop for a drink between houses (and charged me for the time)
This was a big expense for me and I expected a better overall experience.

Scratched up 2 pieces of the furniture and there wasn't much to move.

I was impressed by our moving team with Two Men and a Truck. They warned me that they had a prior move before mine and not to expect them before 2 even though I needed them at 1. 12:30 rolls around and they called me saying they were on their way! I thought wow that was quick. They got to my storage facility and started loading my belongings into their truck, and only about an hour later I get a call saying they’re on their way to my condo! Everything from start to finish was 3.5 hours and I was expecting it to be at least 5. I was very pleased and very happy with my experience.

My only concern is that I had one very small bag of belongings that I still haven’t found, and I am not sure if they saw it during the move, but I’m upset that it’s gone.

I had told the receptionist I had a lot of belongings including 3 large pieces. The truck that came was too small, and had to go back for the rest of the items - of course I was charged for that time. Some of my furniture was covered, but not all, and there was damage to several of my pieces. The team had a lot of trouble figuring out how to get the dresser in the house and up the stairs. I have moved the same items in Chicago up 3 flights of stairs several times quickly-with no damage. I was told that I had refused the option of having someone come out to my house to assess the move, not true. As the move got closer I called and remind them about the amount of boxes and furniture I had and they seemed to be surprised when I suggested that they put a third person on the truck. not again
