I expected better. The movers didn’t wear masks, even after instructed to do so, putting us at risk. We found damage to several items, including holes in our mattress and box spring, large extensive scratches on our baby crib, a broken baby gate, and a busted bookshelf and dresser. What should have been a faster job ended up taking hours longer, as one mover constant played on his phone. Terrible.

My two movers were polite, professional and efficient, working through discomfort due to malfunctioning air conditioning system. And they had a lot of heavy bins and boxes as well as furniture to move from one three story facility to the next.

My son has used this company in each of his moves, and I used them last fall. Will use for any major moving needs.
