Guys were on time and in contact throughout the process and met my expectations on timing.

All I know of the team was that Matthew Hutchinson out of Tennessee assisted me over the phone. I cannot remember the name of who the driver/movers were.

But my contacts on both sites were happy with the service!

The men were pleasant, helpful and efficient. My daughter and son-in-law had used your services and were pleased. I hope not to move again but would certainly use you again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!

Overall the three guys were very professional and worked very hard in a hot day. I think there was a bit of miscommunication about what items needed to stay and which ones were coming. There were some Christmas decorations that we had to bring from the old house after we moved in. There were clearly labeled boxes that needed to go to bedrooms that are still in the garage. Overall good experience!

They broke my tv now they are saying there is a deductible and your going off of cash value of my tv. Your movers broke my tv you should pay for a replacement.

I had a short notice job. The guys showed up with less than an hours notice. They wore their mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19. They were kind and friendly. They moved everything I needed moved quicker than expected and were careful with fragile item. I am so appreciative of their help. I would highly recommend this team for your future moving plans. R. It was difficult getting my moving estimate. Caleb was super nice but did not get me the estimates when he stated he would. In fact, I am still waiting to get my estimate for the final phase of my move once my house sells.
My moving team Vincent and Nathan were SUPER! They were on time, polite and very respectful of my furniture and my home. I have no complaints there.

Arranging the move was easy and the final cost was close to the estimate provided. Office team was responsive and the movers (4 young men) were respectful and wore their masks at my request when in the house due to Covid 19. They did what I asked on a very hot and humid day. These men worked really hard with very little moving related damage. Highly recommend the Franklin/Brentwood Team.
