I did the packing and they did the lifting and the moving. It worked very well and the price was good. I was moved across town in 6 hours where doing it myself may have taken days. The two men worked fast but careful and took care of my stuff. I am not sure if they noticed the boxes marked "glass" but I only lost one glass and that was probably from my packing it wrong. They wrapped my couch which was good. I did order two mattress bags which I didn't get and the mattresses were moved unwrapped but they came out ok. For the price it was the best purchase I have made in quite a while.
Jonathan and Corey were nice and friendly and very good at moving. Great job guys.

Overall, the experience was OK. I have used you 2 times before and was satisfied then. This time there were more issues. More things were broken. When the movers picked up my corner computer desk, they immediately tried to turn it upside down and it fell apart. Granted, it was fiberboard construction, but it seemed they turned everything upside down. Every box that came out of the truck was upside down. they dropped my desk top computer and cracked the face. It works, but makes more noise. The TV cabinet was scraped on the leg. And they broke the door on the headboard of my Heywood Wakefield bedroom set which had some value. My new house had been freshly painted and there are scrape marks on the walls. But the movers worked quickly and my bill was under the estimate. Thank you

The two men were very slow, had to dissembled and reassemble everything myself. Just had the furniture moved nothing else and it took over 8.5 hours. There was only 2 beds, 3 tables, 6 chairs, 2 bed stands, dresser, chest, a end table, love set, six books shelves, small entertainment center, cat tree, mirror and 2 cabinets. And this took over 8 hours, you have to be kidding. Missed a 4:00 appointment was told I would have no problem making. The mirror was loaded last, strapped to the on the wall where the side door was, well when the got to the new place they opened the door and it fell to the ground. All they want to offer me to replace a 1950's beveled mirror 5'x3' is a $100. It was my parent's, a $100 dollars can not replace it.

I've used Two Men and a Truck before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, the Nashville, TN team left much to be desired. The packing went very well, great friendly team, but the moving team damaged property, both walls/door frames and furniture. I also had to direct them where to put items although boxes were clearly labeled per the packing team. Also, I was charged for time to retrieve items from the previous location although it was the movers who left them there in the first place. I am really disappointed with this experience versus the great one I had with the Dallas, TX team.

First time using movers in my life of 70+ years...and the easiest!

The person who took my information about the move was courteous and asked all of the right questions to best quote the price of the move. The movers themselves were very careful to wrap all of the pieces of furniture and went above and beyond to get furniture moved onto and off of the truck.

Moving team was very good and polite. Communication on moving day was not great, I had requested a call when they left Nashville so I could give my elderly Mom a heads up that they were on their way. I wasn't called until they actually arrived at the storage unit where she was to meet them. Other than that, the move went smoothly. I would use them again.

Give your guys a raise or at least a bonus for an amazing job. They went above and beyond to help us along.
