the Movers were great and we were pleased with their work. I didnt receive a confirmation with breakdown of costs ahead of time and and was surprised by the 1 hr driving time I was charged for. I was never told about that ahead of time. My estimate did not include that. That was an extra $155.00 I was not told about. Other than that, we were happy. My estimate was $310. so thats what i expected.

Office was able to get my the appointment for the very next morning after I had called them and checked in on me during move to see how things were going. My movers, Connor and Cesar, were fantastic. Worked super fast especially given it was a 3 hour drive to and from. They were both very personable and efficient. Highly recommended moving service!

Extremely misquoted. Got a “re-quote” on site and the rationale were reasons I had already explained before booking. Several damages. Still haven’t heard from anyone on how to go about getting things fixed. Absolutely horrible experience.

The three movers that came showed up on time and finished sooner than projected. They were very friendly and polite and made sure to re-assemble everything that had to be disassembled once moved. They were fantastic. And the final bill was under the projection.

Moving out of our fifth floor apartment was a challenge, with no easy way to get down to the truck, but our movers still managed to get everything loaded up, driven over to our new home and unloaded at the lower end of our time estimate. I'm also happy to report that not a single thing was broken or damaged along the way!

I was very impressed with my overall experience, I thought the process was seamless and everyone was very polite and professional from start to finish.
