I moved Saturday March 3rd and Kameron, Devin, and Steve were amazing!! They were quick and efficient, yet gentle and careful with my belongings!! Best moving experience I have ever had!

Everyone involved in helping me move was very helpful and did a great job. When I was talking to the crew helping me out, it was as though I was talking to good friends of mine too, it really was a positive experience.

If I were to move again, I would probably come back to Two Men and a Truck

The office staff was polite. The movers were polite and hard workers. With that being said, moving furniture is a hard task. While moving the couch, into our brand new home), damage has be noticed in multiple places. Damage to the walls andamp; doorways, a chip in the brand new hardwood floors and stairs (when dropping the couch), along with chunks of wood missing from a door frame.

The only issue I have is the cost for travel and fuel they came from hermitage and the charge for the movers was what I was told but the other charge for transportation to the address and back was way to high I did transportation for a living and those charges were high for the distance covered.

The packing process went well. It was the drive to the new location and the unloading of the truck that went poorly. Broken lamps, scratched hardwood floors, a chunk of drywall and paint off a stairwell wall, putting together a bed improperly because Of haste to finish the job, leaving items at the old location. It was all very disappointing. Then they called back to say they calculated hours wrong and had to charge us more than what was on the sheet we signed. They asked for food and lunch to be provided. Then I had to repeatedly reach out to the damage claims adjuster to ask for resolution on the damaged floor and walls and broken item. Not the service we expected or paid for.

Although damage was done to my wood floor with a scratch, the claims team was prompt in responding back to me. The driver, Mr. Kameron was probably the most courteous and professional mover I have ever met, and believe me, Ive moved a lot. His partner, Mr. Deontae was very pleasant and fun to talk with. Those two guys need a raise! They were amazing!

I had a great experience. Our movers were on time and worked at a quick pace. Everything was wrapped and packed carefully to ensure there was no damage. They answered any questions we had and were very professional. The office staff was very helpful leading up to the move and called to check on progress during the loading process. I would happily refer Two Men and a Truck to anyone planning a move and will use them again in the future.
