The guys who came to my house had not been trained on anything dealing with moving. They didn't wrap anything other than a few pics in shrink wrap and stacked wood objects on top of wood objects. They worked hard and had a good attitude but their overall lack of training on everything dealing with my move made me have to reconsider what had always been stellar experiences with the Two Men and a Truck team from Birmingham, AL. The Nashville team was very lacking. Thankfully a member of management came out to my move with a second truck, the first truck because it was improperly packed wouldn't hold my stuff, and he took charge and got things finished and helped with the unloading also.

Horrible experience. I have made the company aware of what happened on my moving day. I hope my issues get settled with integrity. The movers did not take proper care of my items. They were untrained and not professional.

The team arrived early. worked hard and steady, appreciated the items they moved, they were courteous and considerate of family members and the items transported to the new location.

I would like to speak with someone in management at your Nashville, TN location. Our move took way longer than it should have due to an extremely slow pace of work. The move was going so slow that after lunch, my 17 year old son and I decided to help with moving everything because it was taking entirely too long to move less that 2,000 SF of personal belongings. Our crew of three included one guy who it was his last day, another had already put his two weeks notice in, and the third guy, it was his first day on the job. I hired Two Men and a Truck because of an endorsement from a friend, but I can't endorse them at all at this point. I really hope that Management will make my problmes right.

My most recent move marked the third time that I've used Two Men And A Truck and this experience further validated why I continue to use your company every time I move. Even though one of the original movers fell ill soon after arriving, the lead mover, Marcus, was so positive, hard working, and just phenomenal in general. I really appreciated the main office sending not just one but two backup movers to replace the ill worker. One of the replacements, Jeffrey B., was just as friendly, positive, and hard working as Marcus . . . and the other, John C., had just left a training session in order to help with my move. I will continue to keep using Two Men And A Truck and to keep recommending your services to everyone I know. Thank you for being wonderful as always. :)

The guys just did a great job! Very personable and caring and worked quickly.

From the time I saw the truck and talked to the driver and his helper, Eric and Desgeun they were very helpful. The job was done quickly and my furniture was taken care of with pads and wrapped for the short ride. They were great. The office called multiple times to make sure all of the move went well.

My movers were on time and moved all of my belongings in a timely manner. They were kind enough to help me move my furniture in my room as well. Overall, they did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to someone who is looking for reliable movers!

The men showed up as scheduled. They asked for a walk through and started right afterwards. They were quick and careful with our belongings. They were courteous and precise. They loaded and unlaoded quickly. They asked where we wanted the articles when we arrived at our new place. They were quicker than I expected, there is no way I or we (my wife and I) could have accomplished as much in a weeks time. I’ve usually counted on friends and family to help me move, never again. If I ever have to move again, I will call Two Men and a Truck. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs to move furniture.
